Todd Hamberg

Todd is the Founder and Managing Director at B&G Executive Search. He has set the strategic direction for B&G focusing on the Life Science throughout the drug development spectrum. He blends 20 years of retained executive search and consultancy experience with functional expertise in:

Todd has been dedicated to recruiting Commercial, Operational and Corporate Leadership in the Pharma Services and Clinical Technology throughout his career. He has recruited executives for both publicly traded and privately held companies that range from entrepreneur-owned operations to global enterprises. Todd has placed numerous executives that have been pivotal in setting the stage for strategic exits. Over the course of his career, Todd has focused on partnering with key decision makers which include board members, Private Equity firms, C-suite and divisional leadership.

 

Todd has a passion for delivering measurable results based on his clients’ vision. He blends a time-tested, meticulous search process with grit, perseverance and scientifically validated assessment to serve his client’s best interest. Todd graduated from Arcadia University with a bachelor’s of science degree in Interdisciplinary Science. Todd resides in Buckingham, PA with his wife Michelle, and their four wonderful children Amelia, Ciara, Erin & Sullivan. Todd personally enjoys his family time, golfing, hiking, and fishing.

Robert Murray




Robert comes from a 15+ year successful Business Development career in healthcare recruitment advertising as well as Business Development at a Global Business services organization. He joined B&G shortly after its inception and brings his business development experience to both building new client relationships as well as working with Sales executives and BD candidates to find the best fit for both parties. Robert's experience as both a BD and sales leader allows him to see both the needs of Executive leadership clients and the merits of candidates from a "different lens". His practice within B&G Executive Search focuses on building talented and successful sales organizations from C-Suite to Frontline, within companies throughout the Pharma Services and Drug Development Spectrum.


Robert has a Bachelors Degree from West Chester University and lives in Bucks County, PA with his daughter Isabella and dog Charlie. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, yoga, golfing and wrenching on an assortment of old cars.

Colin Dittus

Colin leads on-demand talent solutions for B&G's life science and healthcare clients. For 20+ years, Colin has mastered the nuances of flexible talent through exceptional delivery of interim, fractional, consulting, and contract solutions. His background spans business development, recruiting, and operational leadership.


Prior to B&G, Colin worked for MRI Network’s franchise system and corporate office for over 16 years. While leading operations and development for MRI’s Contract Staffing and Interim business, he drove two key organizational transformations and 250% revenue growth. Additionally, over an 11-year period, Colin helped to grow the most profitable franchise in MRI’s 55+ year history, where he built the top-ranked global interim staffing practice within a global retained biotech search firm and was the number one personal producer globally in the contact staffing / interim category. 


Colin is a proud parent of four children. Outside of work, Colin enjoys coaching and umpiring baseball, is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, and enjoys music & concerts.

Colin obtained his bachelor's in psychology and played football at Millersville University.
