President and founder of O.E. Strategies, Inc., Suzanne Miklos has over fifteen years consulting experience in a variety of organizational effectiveness activities, including assessment centers, group process, competency-based development programs, and culture identification and change programs. Clients appreciate her breadth of experience in talent assessment and executive coaching. Dr. Miklos supports successful client programs with an emphasis on using business strategy and data to drive dialogue about people strategy in manufacturing, insurance and public sector. Her project management skills consistently produce on time, value added results for clients. With an emphasis on lifelong development as a key part of her doctoral program, Dr. Miklos routinely speaks to business and HR groups about cross-generational mentoring, coaching female leaders, and executive development through building emotional intelligence. Dr. Miklos is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA). She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
